RV Covers & Garages

Protect your motorhome, 5th wheel, or travel trailer from sun, weather, and storage wear.

🛡️ Motorhome, 5th Wheel & Travel Trailer Covers

One of the best ways to protect your RV's exterior is simply to buy a cover. RV covers are relatively inexpensive and portable, and a common, efficient way to guard against scratches, discoloration, and other sun and weather-related damage. A cover that fits well is essential, so take accurate measurements and check for padding where sharp edges exist — and be sure to install it correctly, especially for extended storage. If you know of any RV suppliers or parts distributors who sell towable or motorhome covers not listed here, please submit them and we will get them listed.

❓ Frequently Asked Questions

Is it OK to cover my RV with a plastic tarp?

Unless your motorhome has holes in the top, avoid using a plastic tarp, especially in high-heat areas — plastic can't breathe like the material most commercial covers are made of, and trapped moisture may end up causing damage inside your RV.

What is the best fabric to choose?

Look for material that is breathable, water resistant, non-abrasive, mildew and dry-rot resistant, and has a high UV resistance factor. Woven fabrics are generally considered top of the line and withstand harsh weather better. Non-woven polypropylene fabrics are not recommended for low desert areas such as Nevada, Arizona, and parts of California.

How do I repair a damaged vehicle cover?

Most companies offer patch kits for their coverings. Short-term fixes like duct tape should be replaced as soon as possible to prevent further damage.
